1) Electrical heat tracing @15 °C, by Others
2) Each pump shall have isolation valves, check valve at discharge, strainer at suction , local pressure indicator mounted on skid with inlet and outlet Flanges as TP on inlet and outlet Headers. Outlet Header Shall be fitted with pressure transmitter and pressure gauge.
3) Pump is expected to be internal Gear Type. Vendor may offer Different Types if The pressure and Flow requirements are met at given Operating Temperature
4) Pumps shall be offered with single mechanical seal , if there is a positive price impact other sealing solutions can be offered.Seal type selection to be decide before order placement. Sealing Suitable
5) Spare parts for comissioning shall be offered (Set of O-rings ,Set of Gaskets , Mechanical service repair kit) , 2 years spare parts shall be offered as optional.
6) Along with the offer , minimum following documentation shall be provided ; General Arrangement Drawing , Performance Curve, Datasheet,Motor datasheet
7) Pumps shall be suitable to be installed in ATEX ZONE : 1 , Degree of Protection min IP55 , Insuation Class F, Efficiency Class IE3
8) Design metal temperature shall be according ambient temperature : MAX : 43 °C MIN: -14 °C , OP: 15 °C
9) Any auxiliary required to protect pump discharge overplreesure to be provided by Vendor, such as automatic circulation line with valve (set for high pressure) or pressure relief valve, whichever applicable
10) Vendor to define/confirm all pump material according to service and water corrosive properties. Fluid: Shell Mysella S3 N 40 , Highly refined mineral oil
11) Pump Skid will be supplied with Control Panel including MCC and PLC required to run the pumps with pressure transmitter installed at outlet header. Typical monitoring signals will be supplied to Main control system ( Fault, Runnig, P@ header). Pump Control Panel will recieve additional Stop signal From Plant MCC ( in case Tank Full, System shut down,etc). Control Panel shall include COntrols ( Buttons) for manual Start / Stop
12) Typical configuration is as follows. Pumps and Control Panel are in scope of Pump Vendor. Other Details are shared for information only. Modification to Pump Setup By Vendor is accepted.
