Model Tanımı

Butterfly valves specified with actuator in the order sheet; It will be used in the SCADA system and will be purchased equipped with actuators suitable for the SCADA system. The torque values ​​of the actuators should be selected considering the diameters and pressures of the valves. In the speed selection of the actuator, the appropriate speed that will open/close in the shortest possible time should be selected in accordance with the valve diameter, without creating a shock effect.

Actuators to be used in all diameters will be of one brand. Electric actuators will have the capacity to be used in continuous or intermittent currents, including the motor and accessories, and will be manufactured in accordance with International standards. Actuators; It shall have the appropriate torque range required for the control of the valves under all conditions (including the effect of local forces and in case of re-commissioning after a long time).

The protection class of the actuators will be at least IP67. Actuators shall have adjustable limit switches (2 pcs) for fully open - fully closed position and adjustable torque switches (2 pcs) to close the power circuit when there is an obstruction in the direction of rotation. Actuators shall be supplied fully protected against corrosion.
